CPR Class Cancellation Policy

At Connecticut First Aid CPR, we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your CPR class. To ensure a fair and transparent cancellation process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Period:
  • You may cancel or reschedule your CPR class anytime up to 48hrs before  the scheduled class start time incurring an 3.3% cancellation fee.
  1. Cancellation Fees:
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the class or fail to attend without prior notice, the full class fee will be forfeited.
  1. Rescheduling:
  • You are allowed to reschedule your CPR class once without incurring any additional fees, provided you do so within the specified cancellation period.
  1. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
  • To cancel or reschedule your CPR class, please do so through the reschedule/cancellation link included in your directory email received when signing up for the class, It will be from [email protected].   1. Refunds:
  • Refunds for cancellations made within the cancellation period will be processed within 5-6 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
  1. Minimum Enrollment:
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class if it does not meet the minimum enrollment requirements. In such cases, you will be notified in advance, and you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  1. Instructor Cancellation:
  • In rare cases where the instructor must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule the class at a convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
  1. Weather or Emergency Closures:
  • If a CPR class is canceled due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen emergencies, we will make every effort to reschedule the class. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
  1. Special Considerations:
  • If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending the CPR class or adhering to this cancellation policy, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
